Who is The Arc Southwest Indiana? The Arc Southwest Indiana was formed when The Arc of Gibson County (GCARC) and The Arc of Pike County (PCARC) merged in July 2019. Before this time both agencies operated separately with a management agreement for over 30 years. The management agreement provided executive oversight.
