About Us
The Arc Southwest Indiana has been making a difference to thousands of children and adults with disabilities since we began in 1963. We are dedicated to providing quality services to a diverse population, including those with emotional, physical, intellectual disabilities, mental illness and other qualifying disabilities.
Our “Employee of the Month” award recognizes the hard work and dedication of our Direct Support Professionals. Each month, department directors and coordinators submit recommendations of one of their staff to be recognized. The Arc Southwest Indiana Leadership Team meets monthly to select one individual from the nominations to receive the award.
