Count Us In

The Arc of Gibson County hosted a Voter Registration Drive and Candidate Meet & Greet on September 25th, 2018.  Local, state and federal candidates for various positions were in attendance to talk voters about the upcoming election and issues facing our community.

More than 100 staff, consumers and their families took time to introduce themselves and talk to local candidates about what changes they hope to see in Gibson County.

We were able to register more than a dozen first time voters. The deadline to register to vote in the November 6, 2018 election in Indiana is October 9th deadline.

We appreciate everyone who attended and helped us make this event possible, as well as the guidance from INARF and The Arc of Indiana.
